CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?  

To serve you better, Beher Vinyl Co will begin to process your order immediately after you click the PLACE ORDER button. Because orders go into processing immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

 

CAN I USE UNLIMITED DISCOUNT PROMO CODES?  

At this time, we only support one code per order.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?  

You can check the status of your order at any time by heading over to the TRACK ORDER section found at the top of our site. You can also contact us at any time at behervinylco@gmail.com.

 

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT?  

You can learn all about the products we sell on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, let us know by emailing behervinylco@gmail.com or by using our live chat.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?  

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

 

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OF YOUR PRODUCTS?  

At this time we do not offer samples of our products. If you have a question about a particular product we'd be happy to answer it for you. Email your questions to behervinylco@gmail.com.
