No Refunds or Returns Policy

Effective for all purchases made through Beher Vinyl Co

Thank you for shopping with Beher Vinyl Co! Each of our vinyl products is made to order, which means we begin production shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final once production begins.

Cancellations & Refunds

⏳ Within 24 Hours (Before Production):
You may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet entered production.
To request a cancellation, please email us at [your email] with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

⚠️ After 24 Hours or Once in Production:
Once your order has entered production (cutting, prepping, or packaging), it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

📦 After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
